​If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may do so through Gloss Genius or by contacting me directly via email at emmylovesblondes@gmail.com or texting me at 414-262-2262.

If you are sick, please reschedule either via Gloss Genius, email, text, or DM.

​

While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. I may be able to accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes, at 20 to 30 minutes we may need to drastically change what can be done within our scheduled service time. Anything beyond 30 minutes will likely need to be rescheduled, and may result in a no-show no-call charge.

 

You may be charged a fee of 25% of your scheduled appointment price for cancelling after the 24 hour period or for any no-call, no-show appointments.​

Please note that a three-strike policy is in place for no-call, no-show appointments, and appointments cancelled after the 24 hour period. After three occurrences, I may need to recommend finding another stylist, as my time is valuable to both myself and my clients.
